I just recently got to my hotel in Bay City, TX. Where I will be living indefinitely until I can find an apartment/house.

Yea, I went down that weight loss trail myself a while back. I lost over 100 pounds.
I just keep it in check.. Have been for about 6 years. I have a beach trip coming up and I want to drop 10 before I go... Im getting there but I fricking hate it

I follow Joe Rogan's advice: If you want to eat what you want, you gotta earn it.
I have one cheat day, but the rest of the days I just take in a lot of protein. (Eggs, tuna, chicken.) Then do the prison workout -- but I also teach boxing and jiujitsu, so I'm always pretty active.

I don't eat bacon often, but it's Wright's bacon when I do. You can't beat it for pre-packaged bacon. I won't even bother with turkey bacon, I'd rather go without meat.
