I need someone to explain to me how AIDS goes into remission. Seems like something you have or you don't. That probably isn't the case but my knowledge of AIDS is basically nonexistent.

U of M medical center tries aggressive treatment (way more so than normal) on little girl born with HIV
Months go by with no treatment because the child's shitty mother stopped bringing the girl in for her treatment.
After months when they re test her they can find no trace of virus, and they think they might have found a way to cure it in infants. Ole Miss fans claim it as a victory and that we cured AIDS
Fast forward to now and the child is starting to test positive for HIV again.
Taxman starts thread making fun of us because we didn't cure AIDS after all.
I don't really care what his fate is because I don't really get worked up about anything.

In all honesty, we all make mistakes. I know I've started some dumb, insensitive threads in my time here so. One week should suffice and I will support his return.

I once started a response thread stating I wished Katrina had finished off New Orleans and Baton Rouge with it. I know fricked up threads. We all make mistakes and Taxman is good people.
