Alabama goes in dry on the Gamecocks in Columbia while Sherman Williams records his fifth straight 100-yard rushing game, an Alabama school record.

Why is it in all these old fb clippings you never see the score or game clock? Is it just cut off in the video or was it not shown until the end of game back then. Always wondered this.

Because the score/time graphic didn't come about until the mid-90s. ESPN pioneered it in like 1995 or 1996. All other networks had caught on by 1998 or so.
