Interesting figure tho!
210 million
110 million Commonwealth upgrade (in progress)
18 million Softball and Soccer complex (just finished)
12 million Track & Filed complex (finished last season)
40 million for new baseball stadium
That means 1 deal pays off all the new projects and still leaves 40 million for something else.

40 million might be a down payment on new Rupp. Min cost was around 250 million and realistic cost was closer to 350 million. The big issue with Rupp is they want to build smaller and have more corporate suites. UK fanbase wants bigger venue instead.
Current capacity = 24K
UK want more like 18 K
UK fans want bigger like 36K - 48K

They could be like Syracuse and play in their football stadium; they are doing that suite upgrade to their football stadium now they just need to get a roof

I was actually surprised they did not go this route. SEC football and an elite basketball program would mean one venue and more days used per year. Commonwealth does not have concerts and the like so you have a building costing that much money that gets used what 6 times a year?

They updated the article in the link
Looks like IMG underbid was 246 M over 20 years or about 12 million per year.
