Nick Saban’s contract at Alabama approved to run through Jan. 21, 2022. He will make $6.5 million per year.

When you account for inflation, Lee Majors is still worth more.

Saban received an extension that will keep him in Tuscaloosa until January of 2022 and be paid a base salary of $6.5 million with a completion bonus of $400,000 per year.
Saban previously made $5.37 million in 2013.

Saban is the hardest working guy in college football, but he is definitely not the brightest. Even if Kiffin turns out to be a good coach, he could have got him for way less than this.
