Do you think that in Mars there might be evidence of civilization on Mars?

NASA and the US government are not telling about it so that they can research it on their own and so other governments wouldn't race there?

things on mars or elsewhere in space don't think or act like anything on earth. so trying to see a face or whatever on a rock is laughable. who knows what a martian face or artwork would look like without learning from a martian or other extra terrestrial.

The moon of Mars is pretty intriguing. Lots of weirdness going on with that, US astronauts report a monolith structure on its surface.

Pareidolia is seeing what appears to the individual to be a representation of a face, figure, or form in Mars rocks, clouds, wood grain, marble, smoke, shadows, or any non-homogeneous area. It can also be an auditory phenomenon as in hearing white noise or a record played backward that sounds to the individual like words or a melody that isn't actually there.

how would anyone know or not know?
all we know or think we know has be thought up by humans (as far as we know). all we discover in space is being viewed through human intellect. who's to say an oddly shaped rock that doesn't look like anything important to any human, is in reality very important to extraterrestrials. hell we could be looking at shite on mars or other planets that is alien made, but it doesn't register to our human intelligence.
one day we may find life not as we know it, until then we're stuck with what our human intelligence tells us it is.

That's what I'm saying. They could be exactly the same as us. They could be completely different from us. We don't know.
You said definitively that they don't think like us. But nothing is definite when talking about possible life on other planets.
