Truth is, both parties have a pretty terrible track record on the VA. There were problems with the VA when Bush was President, there were problems with the VA when Clinton was President, and here we are today with yet more problems with Obama as President. Maybe this will be the one that gets them to actually investigate the problems and do something about it, but it appears they're both more interested in blaming the other side. And guess what? There will probably be more problems under the next President.

Then health care will be the Republicans problem. Sort of like all of the shitty things Bush did was Obamas problem. Then the republicans will grow government and make shitty deals and get the boot and it will be the democrats problem. Then the democrats will come in and make shitty deals and grow government and get booted out then the republicans will come in to save the day and they cycle continues. Its how a 2 party system works where the country is dumb enough to think one party is better than the other and they allow for blue and red team politics instead of demanding real change like a) term limits and b) and keeping corporate donations out so politicians begin to work more for the people creating more accountability.

Truth in fact. state departments are now immune from cabinet appointments and administrations which change every 4-8 years.
