Anyone ever battled Apple warranty before?

I have a 1 year warranty with Apple that comes standard with any iPhone purchase. My phone isnt working any more all of a sudden so I am phone less(holy frick it sucks). I figure they will try to put up a good fight to not get me a new phone though.

Ditched the iPhone a couple of years ago but from what I had always heard they are pretty stingy on warranties.

That's my fear and I will have to drive to Tulsa to do it...

Literally did the same thing years ago. At least the Woodland Hills Mall is pretty nice.

I definitely dropped the phone and its fricked up now. But it was in a case and look brand fricking new. I am hoping to say their product failed which happens. I took it to the guys at phone doctor and they had never seen a phone look in such good condition as mine and them not be able to figure out what was wrong with it and fix it...There are no cracks are anything but there is a very small nick (sp?) on the side. I mean very small...

I walked in because my iPhone wasn't charging (though it said it was). They plugged it in and it charged there, but they gave me a new phone anyway. I didn't even have to ask for it.
