I saw this comic book advertised in another comic book when I was 8 years old in 1970. I've been searching for it off and on ever since and I finally found it for sale on amazon.com.

The flash was captured by an alien from another dimension, posing as a scientist who was studying his superspeed. He trapped the flash on a radioactive treadmill that wouldn't stop and left him there, thinking the flash would run himself to death. The flash tried to stop running but the radioactive treadmill wouldn't let him, so instead he ran as fast as he could to break free. He did and circled the earth 8 times in 1 second...faster than the speed of light. The aliens didn't know he could run that fast. Then the flash rounded up all the aliens and turned them over to the police in the other dimension.

There were 3 other stories in this giant-sized edition. The flash punched the reverse flash from the 25th century into the future. He appeared maskless in public, and he split into 3 flashes.

We just had a 64 hero tournament on the M/TV board, and the Flash made it to the finals, to be defeated by Thor.

I always loved the Flash, but writers have got carried away, and I think he's TOO fast/overpowered.
