Which former coach would you not mind having back?

For me it's Tommy Tuberville. I know a lot of Ole Miss fans hate him and would disagree with me but I honestly believe had he not left, we would have made it to Atlanta by now. He was winning bowl games with the worst talent in the league and sanctions on his arse. Would have been nice to see what he could do without those on him.

I would have taken Tuberville back several years ago, but he's way past his prime now. It would be a terrible move.

DiNardo. Graduated to the big leagues when the Birmingham Thunderbolts stole him from us.

If Cutcliffe would recruit I would say him.

Do you mean you can have them back and they are in their prime? Or you have to take them back the way they are now?

Does it have to be a head coach? If so then give me Coach Wally Butts.

If not then it is easily Erk Russell, he should have been a HC for us anyway, so it should be him either way honestly.

Yep.

Even though I will say if dwelling among the living is a requirement and we HAD to replace Stoops, Papa Brooks could come back anytime.

Woody's Wagon. Pinkel is gonna need a drinking buddy now more than ever after the DGB crap. We would be running the jumbo package all day every day with Widenhoffer and Drinkel at the helm. Seeing as Woody was last seen working in a toll booth in New Jersey or something, I'm guessing we could still swing that if we wanted.

For the life of me I will never understand what posessed Vandy to hitch itself to Woody's Wagon after his debacle as the coach at Mizzou. You haven't lived until you've sat in the stands in Nashville amongst about 40,000 orange clad Vols fans for a Vandy "home" game watching the Woodyball defense match wits against Peyton Manning....ugh. Can't believe I had to see him coach in person in two different cities.
