It's most likely they were just wrong place/wrong time and happened to be witnesses of the event. Doesn't implicate them in any way. Wait for the real facts, not just a TMZ article.

ETA- If of course they were 2 of the 3 that beat the owner then shame on them and it reflects poorly on USC. How could you be so fricking stupid? Less than a month away from draft day and they get themselves into this mess.

I guess I just assumed SC players were to lazy to beat up people in bars. I'm impressed.

frick that noise... We can't let Clemson and the like take the moral high ground!! We should suspend them from all team activities and start the process to remove them from the team!!!1! If it's on TMZ then it's only one step away from being a full blown media circus with CNN and Al Jazeera landing on campus to harrass our hard working coaches and players!! It can not stand!! They must be made an example of!! I'll get the tar!!

The report cites sources close to the situation who say a club promoter was attacked by three men and suffered "extensive facial injuries."

The club promoter went on to win $23,000 in roulette that night continuing the trend of people ultimately winning after being beaten by South Carolina.

Quarles never went to Greenlight while in New York, he said, and he believes police are looking for Sutton, he said. “I have not been questioned. What am I being questioned for?” Quarles said. “I am telling you they are looking for Chaz Sutton.” Sutton was not in a fight, did not witness a fight and did not go to Greenlight, he said. “No, I actually hung out with my friends that night,” Sutton said. “I wasn’t even involved or there so I couldn’t really tell you. I don’t know what is going on.” Hampton hung up Tuesday when reached by The State. Hampton and Quarles are expected to be mid-round selections in next month’s NFL Draft. Sutton is expected to be a late-round pick or an undrafted free agent.

Haven't heard much about anything regarding Quarles, but hasn't Victor Hampton always been a true TPOS? I thought he was in trouble before he even made to Columbia his freshman year?

Yeah he was, was suspended for a bit. But if I'm not mistaken Lattimore and D. Thompson helped him out a lot once they met him, both of whom aren't afraid to be openly religious, so maybe that helped Hampton out.

With that said this is the first year since then that he no longer teammates with either so there is no telling if he fell back into old habits.

eta: He has also faced other suspensions, he and WR Shaq Roland were suspended for the 1st half of the UGA game for having a fight during practice or something.

Looks like you were too lazy to pay attention in English class. I'm not shocked.

From everything I have heard of him, Lattimore was a class act. Good guy all the way around. Hope he breaks out in the coming NFL season.

yeah, it is coming as no shock to me that Victor Hampton would be caught up in something of this nature. He is a big trash talker. I would be surprised if Kelcy had taken part in this in some manner.
