Damn, that's sad. It takes an evil person to just leave the scene like that.
ETA: I'm sure I'm going to get pulled over and questioned for the dents I have on my silver Tacoma

Piece of shite whoever they did it. Hope they get caught and lynched.

Be willing to bet the culprit was drinking.

No doubt about it. That time is right after one of the biggest weekends in Starkville. I don't get why people drive when they are drunk in Starkville. There are cops everywhere and they pull people over for no reason if it's past midnight.

Maybe. Maybe not. If it happened at night it's not unreasonable to think the driver was sober and just freaked out after he hit the poor guy.

It was Super Bulldog Weekend. The person behind the wheel was more than likely drunk. Plus why else would you be driving at 4AM?

4 am on Sunday morning during Super Bulldog Weekend. I'd be stunned if he/she wasn't drunk.

Didn't know the time. Yea 4am is usually not when sober people go driving. Sad story. Prays to the Marines family

Whoever it was, they either fled the city or hiding low. Not many places to go in Starkville. Prayers to the family. Hope they catch em.

As many people visiting as Starkville had, it's probably more likely that they weren't from or living in the area.
