Croom. If he had surrounded himself with solid football minds, he would have been a much better coach. Same can be said for Shula.

If Croom had been willing to hire a good offensive coordinator he may have been reasonably successful.

Dooley 4-19 SEC record (was 0-7 before he was fired)

Coach O 3-21 SEC record (0-8 his last year)

Crooms 10-30 in 5 years (surprisingly never had a winless SEC season but lost to the likes of Maine, UAB, Tulane, and Troy)

NOT in the SEC

This is REAL football not that stuff they play up north.
