3 SEC into Sweet 16... 2 ACC...

TN will handle Mercer. That'll put all 3 SEC teams through to Sweet 16. And only if NC beats Iowa State without their top player does ACC put 2 teams into Sweet 16... Assuming UVA will handle Zags... But no other conference with more than 2 teams... er, uh... SEC SEC SEC...

That doesn't make the SEC a better basketball conference. It just makes them top heavy.
The SEC is a better football conference because of the athletes it recruits from the best teams through the worst teams. The same holds true for basketball conferences.
The bottom halves of the best basketball conferences would skull frick the bottom three quarters of the SEC.

Assuming anybody is going to win in March Madness is a dumb thing to do.
UT plays the way I watched them play against Iowa and Mercer will beat them.

Some Gator pointed it out yesterday that the reason we didn't get more in is because nobody could beat Florida. A win over UF would have probably gotten Arky, Georgia, or Mizzou in.
