"@RadiNabulsi: Preston Williams will turn 17 on Thursday. His fiancé is Tamara Ellis and she is interested in Tennessee and Georgia."

"@RadiNabulsi: Coveted star wide receiver Preston Williams tells me that he is engaged and that his fiancé has been accepted to Tennessee...."

Now we know why that poster said he was a lock to UT.

Stanley is good, but Williams is a special player. He's not AJ Green, but he'd be the best WR we've had since Green.

I didn’t say Stanley is more talented, just I prefer him over Williams. IMO Stanley is the safer prospect off the field. I’ll stand by that

We need pics if the fiancé before deciding if she's worthy of the five star drama.

Agreed. Though I'm not overly confident on Stanley. Godwin is in this conversation too.

Very much disagree. He shouldn't be mentioned in a sentence with AJ Green. He isn't anywhere near that special.

Not even close, IMO. Williams is good, but I think he is overrated at 5 stars. North, Malone, and even Pearson are better talents than him on the Vol roster alone.

Also, what was the point of this thread? He isn't flipping, he is locked in at UT.

I think North might be better, but no way on the other 2 imo.

Any committed player who is actively visiting other schools is not locked in at their current one

Especially if he's shopping around for an offer to his fiancee (wtf?). Gotta imagine that if UGA Track offered her, they'd be interested in staying close to home for their marriage (again, wtf?)

Sorry UGA fans, Preston spurned the in-state school... no need to be butt hurt about it. Williams is the best WR in the country. Well Williams and Campbell are the best WRs in this class.

It appears that Preston isn't even the best WR in a 150 mile radius right now, much less the country...

247 has him #1.
UT has him 1 on the WR recruiting board.

UGA fans talk about Williams nonstop. You all seem obsessed and it is quite sad really. He is coming to UT. Oh, and Rico McGraw will end up at Bama.
