tSEC needs to prepare its anus for the 6'3 230lb freight train headed it's way.

Jalen Hurd, getting considerable work with Marlin Lane dressed but not participating after breaking a bone in his left hand, probably shined the most. On multiple instances, Hurd severely shook Vol defenders and also added a long, 24-yard run late in situational work. Additionally, Hurd plowed in for a couple of touchdowns but also was intensely instructed by Robert Gillespie, Vols running back coach, for not cutting more directly upfield on a couple of open runs.

Any chance his twice-repaired shoulder makes it the whole year?

He is doing it against Tennessee's defense. The same defense Nick Marshall had over 200 yards rushing against and the same defense Auburn had over 400 yards rushing against as a team

For some context, UGA's defense was fricking magical last Spring and consistently dominated the offense. That Fall, the offense single handedly kept us in the win column and the defense sucked at a historic level.

Spring practice don't mean shite.

Played through a separated shoulder his junior year, leading Beech to a state championship while setting the Tennessee single season rushing record.

Minor injury during the first game of his senior year, decided to shut it down and have surgery so that he would be 100% for VOLS this spring which he is.

I understand , Vol fans. I really do. We would all be desperate for some good news after the last few years y'all have had. That being said, SMH at bombarding the rant with this shite.

Sounds like AJ Johnson is still the only Vol who plays defense.
