Hopefully he is picked up by the Panthers or a team where he will get plenty of snaps

Hoping for Carolina Panthers, leaning towards Cleveland Browns.

I thought I read that the Panthers don't have any money to get a free agent running back this year. Something about poor roster management.

The Browns are too stupid to do this.

I wish we could just make Stewart and all of the money we owe home just disappear. He wont' be UFA until 2018 or 2019. Maybe it's the homer in me but I think Tate still has it in him to become a solid, #1 back for an NFL team. It would rustle so many saints/lsu fans' jimmies if Tate came to Carolina and attracted even more Auburn fans.

No offense but I'd rather Tre go to Carolina. With their financial issues he would be the better options for quality at a low price IMO.

Do y'all know something about the Panthers and RB's that I don't because the last time I checked, Stewart, Williams, and the big fat fullback(can't think of his name) were not going anywhere anytime soon

Read this article about the awful contracts the former GM Marty Hurney gave out...pure idiocy.

Ugh, don't remind me.

I wanna yak when I think about who was available when we took LaFell -- here's a good quote from that article:

"They drafted Brandon LaFell and Armanti Edwards in the third round when the likes of Emmanuel Sanders, Eric Decker, Jimmy Graham, and Aaron Hernandez were available."

If they don't get Mason in the draft, please Lord let it be the Colts! T-rent sux balls, and Bradshaw is too injury prone. Luck needs a hoss in the backfield with him.

I have never watched a football game where a QB throws 3 interceptions and effectively throw his team out of the game yet have announcers jizz over how amazing he is.

Just read that the Panthers were trying to either trade/release Steve Smith. Could make room for Ben.

@evansilva: Cam Newton now has Greg Olsen & Tavarres King to throw to. Oh, and Richie Brockel.

Seriously guys, if Carolina signs another RB when the three they have landed them in their current situation I'm pretty sure there will be riots in Charlotte
