Have any of you ever lived here? I'm looking at these houses and they seem pretty nice.
I'm trying to move in a house (with a backyard preferably) for the summer/next semester. Do y'all know of any good locations? Also if you know anyone trying to get rid of furniture let me know..

I lived there last year. It was alright. The backyards are mainly mud pits and there's problem with pine roaches. Overall though, I enjoyed it.

No problem with maintenance and was the payment system hassle free for the most part?

I lived there my senior year and we threw the craziest party ever and no one from management said shite.
If you stay there make sure you get dibs on a good bedroom. They aren't all the same size

Nope. One bedroom on the top floor was 3 times the size of all the other bedrooms in our house.

nice the houses look like the one my girlfriend stays at in sumner place so I'll definitely get that bedroom if I take this place.

I had a friends in Sumner get robbed four separate times. Management had to put bars on their windows
