per phil steele. Obviously, give or take a guy or two, but they're still replacing a pretty good chunk of their starters, including 3 offensive linemen. They do bring back their QB, main WR target, punter, and kicker. KSU also ranked low in 2013 returning starters... they have had a ton of roster turnover from their 2012 team that was one game away from playing for a national championship. I'm sure a lot of that has to do with their reliance on JUCO players.

Thought some of you might find this interesting... considering we play them early in the season, and they only return four starters on defense, that's probably a good thing for what should be an explosive, veteran Auburn offense.

Not to seem arrogant, because I like Bill Snyder, but our talent gap alone will have us at a substantial advantage every quarter.

I hope Gus takes that game more seriously than me.

is it bad I'm going to be upset if we aren't 9-0 going into UGA?

just on the surface, I like how we matchup with KSU... they're inexperience up front on offense should be something our DL can exploit. And their defense gave up some rushing yards last season -- including over 300 to OU and over 200 to texas.

They do bring back their starting QB, Sams (who is also their leading returning rusher with over 800 yards)... and a very talented WR, Lockett -- had over 1200 receiving yards and 11 TDs. Those two killed Michigan in their bowl game.

No question who will have the edge from a talent standpoint... but the game's on the road, at night, in a stadium that'll be absolutely jacked to see the reigning SEC Champs come to town.

just get a win anyway you can, and get the heck outta manhattan...

Don't overlook KSU. Snyder is a helluva coach and will have them ready to play.

i have extremely high expectations for next year. I'll be pretty damn bummed if we don't win ten games next year

I plan to go to the game. Manhattan airport only has American Eagle and Allegiant??? airlines.

Wichita and Kansas City look to be a few hours away by car. Still flipping coins to decide.

Never have been to Kansas and look forward to the trip.

I expect Snyder will have a team ready to play.

Heck no! I'll be upset if we aren't going into the SECC without being 12-0 or 11-1.
