Pretty sure they're closed. You can buy alcohol on Sundays but it can't be served (I think).

I read somewhere that they are mulling over the idea of letting alcohol be served on sundays

Soon! They are discussing bars being open this Tuesday at the BOA meeting. So in about a month, you will be drinking at a bar on any given Sunday.

Well, they have a BOA meeting on this issue every year so I wouldn't get my hopes up too much, but they have been getting some shite done this year so maybe it will get changed.
