At least there is some coach attrition and there isn't a unit who's leader needed refreshing more. Good luck with like, Mr Lakatos, but thank god we can get a new guy.

A lot of rumors around the program that Lakatos was ill to the point of having it significantly impact his ability to perform his job. That combined with the youth and immaturity of the secondary (also recruiting failures) were part of the reason the secondary sucked as badly as they did. Prayers out for Coach Lakatos and his family though and hopefully he can get his medical condition sorted out.

Are you trolling? Scott is listed right now as the recruiter for Wes on both rivals and 247. Plus Scott was the one going to visit Wes for games this season. It's all there on the interweb.

No. The program has been preparing for this. Lakatos has basically been off the trail for awhile.

Yeah, this has been in the works since before the season ended. ALthough I can't say for certain, I would be surprised if the recruits haven't known about it for well over a month.
