I hope he never experiences what it's like to not know where a loved one or friend is. I've experienced that and it's the most awful feeling in the world. This guy has no idea the pain he just caused friends and family. It will turn to rage but that comment is the kinda thing that reinforces the nightmare you're living and the fear of rape/murder when someone is missing.
