I think a lot of these kids confuse the wedding for the marriage.
Not saying this specifically about kids that go elsewhere than Bama. I just think some of these kids want that big "Look at me! Loook at me!" moment when the school they have been favoring was the right fit all along.

It is all because of the fans. Fans eat this shite up and these writers hound the crap of the recruits all week. So they troll everyone to get them to leave them alone not to mention they like the drama leading up to the announcement. How boring if everyone already knows what hat they are going to put on. So they throw stuff out there to get everybody to watch.
