How will your team prepare to contain The Dak Knight?

What are your thoughts and primary concerns with containing Dak Prescott next season after he showed how dominant he is against teams like Alabama, Arkansas, and Ole Miss?

I know defensive coordinators in the SEC West must be creaming their pants with fear given that they're having to plan around and contend with yet another Tim Tebow-esque rare talent. It's a shame that we ever had him as the backup quarterback at any point. If he had played for even half of the games last season, we may have been looking at possibly contending for the SEC West.

How do you think your team can handle the Blast From The Dak?

The same way we did this year in the 2nd half of our game.

Well. He's not too great passing the ball so I guess we'll play man and load the box.

Our defense gifted you that game. You guys couldn't stop the Indiana Prescott And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Dak.

You guys did a great job of that this year, huh? Dak Prescott took your team to the toolshed all four quarters.

If he stays healthy...and...he works on his passing/decision making..he could be really special.

Stats don't really show how the game actually played out. You guys barely escaped with a win, just like you guys barely escaped with a win against Georgia, Arkansas, and Alabama.

If Dan Mullen had not played conservatively in the second half, Gus would be out of a job right now and we would be in the National Championship game.

A few well placed cheap shots should do the trick.

So what you're saying is....he almost beat Alabama without even playing? It's like he's some kind of football wizard, Gandak The White.

By not having to play him! He was impressive when y'all came to Columbia earlier this year and despite the interceptions, he looked really good. I hope State keeps trending upwards.
