Would a Bob Stoops for Mark Richt trade make sense?

Both guys have proven to be excellent coaches, but it also appears that each may be too stale at their respective jobs to get over the hump. Would UGA and OU both be better if the two coaches switched jobs?

I think UGA would get the better end of the deal by a significant margin. Stoops has put together better, more dominant teams despite being located in a state with relatively little in-state talent. I think A&M moving to the SEC has really Oklahoma's recruiting in Texas which is why they're sort of struggling right now. Put him in a state with as much talent as Georgia and I think he would do really well.

OU has as bad of a QB situation in the country and he has his team 10-2 and going to the BCS, not too bad for what is a down year. Compare that to UGA's down years
