I've been out of pocket the last week. My sister-in-law got married the weekend before last and so my wife and I stayed in Mobile all of Thanksgiving week to spend time with her family.
Anyways, the Iron Bowl proved to be a thriller like everyone figured it would be. Both teams didn't play with consistentcy in my opinion, but Auburn made the plays when it counted. Plain and simple, we got outplayed and we lost. I would have never thought it would end the way it did, but you can't change it.
Bama fans talking conspiracy theories and saying the guy stepped out of bounds need to be quiet. Those that are saying this should remember a game between LSU at Bryant Denny where PP7 was denied an interception even though there was sufficient evidence he did infact touch in bounds.
So shut up and move on. We lost and the sun came up the next day. Congrats on the win Auburn and we'll see ya next year.

It was a fantastic game. Hoping to have many more games this close and competitive in the future.

My bad. I had to go there because I know a lot of people told LSU fans to suck it up and other choice words. They talked about how ridiculous LSU fans sounded and now some of them are doing the exact thing they made fun of people for.
We lost. End of story.

I try to keep things in perspective and the outcome of a football game doesn't have any immediate impact on my life. Yeah it sucked we lost and I was not happy about it for the rest of the night, but at the end of the day, what can you do but get over it. As a fan I think people should learn to win AND lose with humility. Those that can't do that have problems in my opinion.

It's called humility. This trumps 28-27 any day so you can see why everyone other than gumpnation is happy about the outcome.

Yeah I can see that pretty much everyone is happy with the outcome.
But, I'll still sport the script A as I have through every win or loss. I've never been one to talk smack and I'll take whatever ribbing I may get from friends but it's all in good fun.
