The Tide has the D to make another run. I don't care what happened in the past. The person with the ball in their hand has the experience and talent to make it happen. UA has a title winning coach, and the support staff to make it happen. They picked up VT before the meat of the SEC schedule and will hoist that trophy again.

True. But Saturday night was a dagger that will leave a big hole.
They will be back. I have no doubt. Alabama is winning in big part because they have the best players. You recruit #1 every year. Talent trumps a lot.
But next year is going to be a challenge.

Fair enough.

Don't get me wrong, I fondly recall Pat and them lifting the trophy...it is just that the next one will be the best one.
