Assuming the beat Auburn and play Missouri in the championship game. I wasn't sold that this Bama team was as good as past two years, but if they win these next two, I'll shut up and eat crow. Auburn is playing much better than what I saw in Tiger stadium on that sloppy field. Texas AM is just not that good and cannot beat good teams with that defense. And LSU did get run over by Bama in fourth quarter but those turnovers were huge and completely changed complexion of game.

Thanks. We're all hoping this team can earn your seal of approval.

Thanks for clearing that up. All this time I thought Bama just beat the shite out of LSU in the 2nd half. Good to know a 1st drive fumble was the difference. I might forgo watching this weekend.

The first one allowed Bama to set a defensive tone against the run in my opinion. Saban made some great adjustments

LSU is the best team Bama has played, or will play, until the BSNCG.

I believe this to be a factual statement. Doesn't mean they will beat Auburn or Mizzou. But, LSU was the only team who could line up against Bama and play man on man football.

Just as much as the AU turnovers completely changed the complexion of the AU/LSU game.

Why didn't LSU just quit right then and there, if a turnover in the first five minutes of the game made that big of a difference? Why did they then wait til the fourth quarter, and after the scored was tied to do it?
i hope you aren't a basketball fan, or you would be blaming a loss for your team on a first half missed front end of a 1&1.

but to answer your question, id say yes, this will be the toughest games for them, if for no other reason the stakes are much higher.

That's because it isn't. Not even close IMO. I think the last two Bama teams beat this one by 14.

I was completely convinced that the LSU game would be Alabama's toughest BY FAR. Hope that turns out to be true. :)

Talent wise, they're as good as any team in the country. They always play their best against Bama.

You know what happens when you assume something, right?

You make an arse (of) u (and) me ... so I'm not going to allow you to get away with that.

Auburn could very well beat Bama. So your post sucks. Or Bama could beat Auburn but then have to play SCAR - and possibly be beaten by SCAR who is 3-3 vs Bama this millennium. So your post sucks.

After the assumption in the first sentence of your OP ... I quit reading. I can only imagine how bad it got after that.

Relevance?

South Carolina might beat Alabama if we both get there because South Carolina is a good team. The fact that you beat us THREE YEARS AGO isn't exactly on point.
