I wouldn't doubt whoever the 4A state champs will be, that they couldn't run Chatt off the field.
I personally think he should give someone other than AJ the start.

It's really the only chance before someone gets thrown out to the wolves for next season without getting significant minutes.

Let AJ go stat crazy in the first quarter, only run if you have to. Second quarter pull AJ, let Sims play with the first team offense for the entire second quarter. Second half bring in more backups.

You want to give someone other than AJ the start on Senior Day?

I'm worried that someone important is going to get a targeting penalty. I don't want our starters playing many minutes at all.

Don't think anyone else should start over AJ but I'd love to see a backup run a few plays with the starters.

That will only matter if they were flagged for it in the second half. Doubt you will see many starters playing then.

That would be like a slap in the face.
He's never missed a start, plus it's Senior Day.

I say give A.J. the first half and the first series of the second half.

Then let Sims play.

If AJ goes down we're screwed anyway.

No amount of backup PT against the Mocs will help.

Right now, it's A.J. or bust.

I wouldn't mind seeing AJ just throw for some insane numbers against an FCS team just to throw up the middle finger to Heisman voters.

I hope he goes crazy too. I don't care who we are playing.

His last game in Bryant Denny. I hope they show out.

I'm going to miss A.J.
He's the best QB I've ever seen at Bama.

I wanna see A.J go off for in the first and maybe half of the 2nd.

Then i wanna see anyone but Sims. I know that not ain't gonna happen but a man can dream.

Does anyone else think there's no way Sims starts next year? Or is that just a dream of mine

Even over and above the Senior Day stuff, A.J. deserves to go for the wins total. Win out this season and he'll tie Peyton for top 5 total wins, and (I think) he'll be the best quarterback in NCAA history in terms of winning percentage (with over 20 games started or some such qualifier.)

I like A.J. Chest tattoo aside, he's a total trooper.

It wouldn't bother me if the starters didn't even dress out.

Let the 2nd string start and 3rd and 4th string play back ups.

Play A.J. for the 1st qtr and go up big(hopefully). Let Blake play the 2nd and 3rd qtrs adding to the lead. Then let Morris play some in the 4th.

I wanna see Sims and our offense run the "Read Option" and sprinkle in some passes.

AJ starts and plays a quarter and if they have the ball at the end of the first quarter, he should finish that drive in the 2nd quarter before leaving. AJ need not pad his stats and risk injury beyond that...WE KNOW WHAT HE CAN DO!! screw what other people say!!

Sims doesn't get much love from you guys. let him play with the starters for some quality minutes and some of you might change your mind about him. i think the kid is better than most think given the chance.
