Could Arkansas not afford Art Briles?

I won't pick on Arkansas or BB here, but since you brought it up: what Briles has done is surely coach-of-the-year stuff. No more Tarp of Shame, full house (which at Baylor is unheard of), and absolutely nobody was surprised that Baylor... Baylor!!! was favored over OU and surpassed the expectations. It's mind-blowing.
