I love it when Belue plays 15 yards off the los

You need 8 yards for a first down, you say? Well then, allow me to provide a 15 yard cushion.

I'm not irritated. Not at all.

Both of the corners have been doing it the whole game. I think they didn't respect Worley's ability to complete...well, anything, and now they have a new QB who can actually throw a football.

It's the Prevent defense. I hate it but we don't want to allow a big play.

And we took Ely over him that should be all the explanation needed on Worley.

Yeah no need to point the finger at Belue, it's a called coverage.

How did I know you'd be in here?

I understand the coverage, but starting that far off the los, then immediately backing up, he's in no position to close when the receiver stops at the first down marker. He did this at least twice.

Again, that's a called coverage. I don't know exactly why anyone in particular does it, but it's usually just a way to disguise the coverage. I think it's silly too because when A&M was throwing quick screens we were playing way far off (I know you can't press Evans, but still) and gift wrapping them.

Saban likes to bait throws as well.

Yeah. Dee's trail technique last year baited a lot of throws, that's why he got so many PBUs.

Every opponent this year has completed a downfield pass, tried to repeat it in the next few plays, and either get it picked off or broken up. Being greedy gets you killed against our D. The pass right before the INT where Hunter Henry caught a long ball. Also both our INT's today were baited throws.

Yep. I thought Belue was gonna get a pick 6. He's so fast and showed us why he was a great return man in HS and JUCO.

I think everyone has gotten in on a pick in the secondary except Jarrick and Geno. I know Jarrick CAUSED one that Vinnie picked off against A&M.

And Sylve and Fulton don't have one either.
