host #1 Bama in game of century
road win against Ole Miss
host top 15 Auburn in close game for the ages
about to host Vandy with win over top 15 Georgia
on road at Death Valley
on road at top 5 Mizzou favorite in the east

I think the real question is why the east so weak while the west beating each other up with top 15 competition?

Our schedule is weak because by SEC standards we dodged every team that matters in the EAST.

I'd still rather play Mizzou than Florida, USCe, or Georgia.

They are Mizzou.

When is the last time A&M won in the Columbia of the North?

What is the record between A&M an Mizzou in the last 5 games?

TIA

A&M has no chance against Mizzou. With that defense, aggy will be lucky to finish 8-4.

I think the last time A&M won there was 2000?

Yeah i don't know why an Aggie would say that about Mizzou. They're basically what K-state is to the horns.

As for basketball, well, that's another matter.

Yea, at the moment Georgia is one flu outbreak away from pulling a Grambling for tWLOCP so I wouldn't go too far

Looks like this is your lucky year. Remember 1999 when the Aggies won in Columbia? That was cool for you I bet.

This was the SEC's argument in the late 90's early 2000's.

Pro: great football weekly. You never really knew what was going to happen and anyone could beat anyone.

Con: assured everyone had 1-2 sure losses.

my post was sarcasm. I think our schedule is quite legit, but there were so many saying we were at Bama's weak schedule level when everyone though the barners and yankees sucked

Mizzou always plays us tough and has a winning record against us in recent history so careful what you wish for.

I'm not trying to be condescending. But honestly who would you rather play for a W on the road.

Mizzou
USCe
Georgia
Florida

I'm sure Mizzou would rather play at A&M then at LSU. Its the same thing.

And past records do not mean squat.

Of those, I think A&M matches up far better against Florida than Mizzou this year. Maybe USCe second best. As you said, past records don't mean much.

Mizzou already beat Georgia and Florida, and are about to beat Carolina. Why exactly would you rather play Mizzou as opposed to all those other teams? Mizzou is the best of the 4.

That's a little much, but we're likely to finish 8-4.

agreed. We match up best against offenses that can stop themselves.

How about a team that's not likely to drop 40 without blinking an eye on your awful awful defense such as Florida.
