Eric Von Haessler fired from ATL radio

Larry Wachs has become an unlistenable moron and ever since his divorce his radio presence has gone downhill, this morning he sounded like he was coked out and couldn't follow a simple sebastian bit that made sense to everyone else on the show but him. He constantly talked over Eric, and still talks over everyone. It wouldn't surprise me if the rumors of Eric wanting to leave are true, and/or Larry led the way to get him fired.
What's more confusing is that the program director hinted to the AJC that it has something to do with making the program more female friendly. then why fire the only guy on the show that wasn't a frat-boy wannabe douchebag?
The only hope for that show is if Tim steps up.
The only other choice I have for morning radio in ATL is listening to damn Leo Mazzone's fat arse on 680.
Anyone else give a shite or have any opinions?

I did a poll here over the summer asking how many people lived in ATL that weren't UGA fans, and about 60 posts in 30 minutes of people...
So yeah, there are probably some people with opinions.

They should have gotten rid of Southside Steve. He justs ruins the show for me.

If you read Rodney Ho's pieces on ajc.com, both Eric and Larry say it caught them by surprise, so I dunno if Eric really wanted out and this was the easy way to do it or if Larry wanted him out and he just doesn't want to look like the bad guy.
Thank god for satellite radio on the morning drive.
