The Tigers scored 58 points and racked up 694 yards of offense. Who cares who it was against -- right, Mizzou fans?

How about Arkansas State at 14? 509 rushing yards with 4 players over 100. Don't bother showing up Auburn

I didn't get to see the game, but 58 points is pretty damn impressive.

That's a messed up power ranking. Texas at #3, their offense looked like my local junior high in the first half. And that was against what is arguably one of the worst teams in CFB.

Oregon and Louisville are the only ones on that entire list that will be ranked at the end of the year. Keep wishing

58 points and we pulled our starting QB out at the beginning of the second half because we were scoring every drive. Our backup QB was pulled after one quarter because he scored nearly as many points as we did in the entire first half (30).

By the 4th, we had our 3rd stringer in.

If we had left our first or second string QB in, the score would've been 100 - 14.

1 Oregon - probably on list at year end
2 Baylor - only there for beating nobody
3 Texas - only there because ESPN is invested in Texas
4 Missouri - gone
5 Maryland - gone
6 Wisconsin - may stay in Top 20 but not Top 15
7 Georgia Tech - gone
8 UCLA - probably gone
9 Michigan - could be a B1G survivor
10 Louisville - probably on list at year end
11 Duke - gone
12 Indiana - gone, but finishes ahead of Mizzou
13 Oklahoma - possible but not probable after losing to Irish in South Bend
14 Arkansas State - gone
15 Tennessee - If so, Butch is getting CoY this year

Not originally but there was a thread where several Mizzou folks said they were worried and then IU got 70 something points this past weekend. I am now thinking the Hoosiers may make a game of it especially as the game is at IU.

Indiana has quality talent. Do you not accept Mizzou because they do not eat grits?

Just happy to finally be on the right side of any ranking again.

The Toledo game will give us a better idea of where we really stand, and the IU game looks closer than I'd like at this point.

A lot can change, but I feel better about Mizzou after cream puff game number 1 this year, than I did after cream puff game number 1 last year.
