Rice returns 18 starters on a bowl team. They lost a few games by 4 points or less. Not saying that they will win, but the first half will be close...then JFF shows up...

Props to LSU for playing such a tough opponent. TCU is super well coached and Patterson has an eye for underrated talent. This could be like UGA vs Boise State game from a few years back.

Quite honestly, I am a little worried about Rice giving us some fits. They have a lot of senior leadership ended last year strong. I think it will be close and when it is, we will hear all about how terrible the Aggies will be this year, JFF distractions causing issues, blah blah blah blah.
When in reality, Rice could just have a pretty good football team that competes with us.
