Why DON'T folks get drunk more?

We all know that getting drunk is an easy way to have a blast and get laid, so why don't more people get drunk more often?

Getting drunk is overrated. Make stupid decisions and feel terrible the next day. Nah, I'm fine without getting drunk.

Getting drunk is a terrible thing. Having some alcohol is not if you are old enough. I absolutely despise people that are drunk in public. Drinking and driving is absolutely terrible and anyone who has ever done that should be ashamed. Too many people die/have lifelong injures. I really hope no one on this site would ever in a million years put their lives and/or someone else's on the line.
