I know, I know this season will likely not live up to my expectations. BUT I've officially put on my black and gold glasses and believe anything can happen!

Wish I could get excited again. Last season did me in for the foreseeable future. Just terrible all around. Football and basketball were tremendous let downs. Not to mention my chiefs going 2-14 and the Royals continuing to forever be the royals. My fanhood is literally at an all time low right now. They'll have to SHOW ME they're worth getting excited for before I'll believe

I am too. I have even less idea of what to expect this year than any year I can remember. I'm just glad it's finally here.

I'm excited for next season when the Battle of the Ozarks with the Wal-Mart trophy begins! Yall might as well just give it to us now... :)

Battle for the golden Walmart trophy is going to be a hell of a lot of fun. I know everyone around the rant tries to downplay it, but I've got a ton of Arkansas friends and it should be a fun game every year.

Yes it should. I may even have to go up there and visit my cousin kills when we play in Columbia...

Yeah, you'll have to let Killz show you around Columbia. It's a cool town! I'm looking forward to those games, especially since they'll be on Thanksgiving weekend, and that's our annual family reunion with all my relatives from Arkansas.

Ahh, a wagon jumper. jk.

Last year was painful, there is literally no way it will be that bad.

The Pinkel issue was fresh. The injuries were a once in 20 year type of thing. Haith issue was on the surface. Sheldon's big mouth and suspension. Pressey turned out to be a monumental disaster. Really no way it will be even close to as bad as last year.

The Arkansas vs Mizzou rivalry will be GOOD no matter what the record of the teams are. I can remember seeing tickets on stubhub for the basketball game in F'ville reaching $250+. I'm sure the football games will be packed.
