?
I've had Rudy's Texas BBQ before, I'm sure that's still around, but what are some of your favorite restaurants in town? Gonna be rollin in early 9/14, so gonna be looking for something for breakfast. TIA.

McDonald's would probably be your best choice

College Station has something besides Whataburger?

Antonio's for pizza. Laynes for chicken fingers, fuego for breakfast tacos. And that's just in CS. There are a bunch of other places in Bryan that other ags will mention

Fuego for breakfast definitely.

I ate a lot of Whataburgers 30 years ago and object to this question. My best guess is mwlewis with his Snake avi is a Communist.
On the other hand, I haven't been back in 30 years and have no clue. To any more recent Aggies, there was a place out west of town - maybe 20-30 miles west, that had an all-you-can-eat catfish/chicken lunch/dinner, and I can't for the life of me remember the name. Country something? I'm drawing a blank.

Hullabaloo Diner for breakfast.

High end- The Republic, Christopher's, Messina Hof (winery), Cafe Eccel, Veritas
Burger Joints- Koppe Bridge, Harvy Washbangers, Dixie Chicken
Skip eating any BBQ in CS unless its a tailgate.
Bars- Anything on Northgate, The Tap
And I'm sure I'm forgetting some. Get on the Aggie Board and we have 1-2 threads that will tell you more than you'd ever want.

My tailgate would probably be your best bet.

Damnit FaWx, I've heard too much about your tailgate now. I'm gonna have to swing by.

Any restaurant that is on your way out of CS is looking pretty decent.

I don't think the Bammers are gonna have much of an appetite on the way home.
