I will feel ok about it if our guys stop swinging at the high pitches and bailing out the UCLA pitchers.
I am still pissed off about Cohen having Demarcus Henderson bunt with 2 on and no outs. Awful

Why? What would you rather him do? It's smart baseball having two runners in scoring position with your lead off guy up

Have him bat. The pitcher was having problems throwing strikes. Henderson was hitting really well the whole postseason. Why not give him a shot to walk/hit?

I disagree. I think you have to bunt him and have the tying run in scoring position with Frazier up.
I don't know why he tried some drag bunt bullshite on the first attempt though.
Also, I don't know the numbers, but I'd venture to guess that he leads the team in GIDP.

He does...but it's not by a wide margin or anything. He has 7 and Bradford has 6. If the pitcher wasn't wild, I could see the call. The guy was throwing all over the place. I don't like giving away an out in that situation.

I see your point. I would've been for taking a strike before bunting, but I just think bunting was the right move there.
And, damn, that 7 feels like it would be closer to 17.
