So Todd Gurley has gained 40 lbs...of muscle. According to this article anyway

He clearly is "listed" at 40 lbs heavier...but hell that means he's gained at least 30 IRL.

And he was already good as shite. Sounds like at 195 he needed to beef up. Strength coach did his job with this one.

I've seen a number of people do it

But...it wasn't natural

And if this is true, I doubt it was natural

Assuming he's been trying to gain weight since arriving last year thats about 3.5lbs per week. 40lbs over a year is a lot and pushing questionable but it's doable. No way is it all muscle though.

At 18 you're going to gain 15 without trying.
