Are AND's (like CowBells) allowed in the CWS venue?

Does anyone know if Artificial Noisemaking Devices (AND) allowed it TD Ameritrade Park for fans of teams that need help being heard?

I'm talking about during play. After piss-rods and strikeouts they are rung like none other.

No one outnumbers LSU in Omaha... The only way for the Tigers to get outnumbered is for Nebraska to be there and LSU not be there.
