If that was the case, I think we would have done better in every way since we would not be playing SEC teams.

Agree. We went 2-10 in 2011 and USM won 11 games while winning their conference. I'd take 2-10 over that now and every day until the end of time.

That's what they get for throwing Alford under the bus with that shitshow of a QB debacle. Didn't they pull his scholarship after he was charged?
Him sitting out a year is good for you guys IMO. He needs to heal. Always seemed to me he had a bothersome knee, even in his HS State Championship game.. It'll also give Freeze time to humble him. I'm not about to act like I'm glad he didn't come to MSU..
ETA:Looked it up, they tried starting 4 different QBs last year..

No it's not. I hate losing I detest it in fact. Losing ten games in any conference is absolutely unacceptable.
