2008. The last time before that (while playing within the rules and the game actually counting as offical) was 1990.
They won from 98-00 (although 98 and 99 were mindbogglingly awfully officiated to give tech the win, in 00 they were just better) but those 3 years they were guilty of some sort of cheating so they were vacated or dont' count or something.
