I am a huge SEC fan. I feel like nothing comes close to our confrence, but I have a guilty pleasure when it comes to the Big 10. Every year I must watch Ohio State vs. Michigan. It's just a game I always look forward to and IMO sums up what college football is all about. Does anyone else have any of these non SEC favorites or traditional must watches? Also do you think other schools like Michigan or Ohio state fans now make LSU vs Bama a must watch for them?

yeah with all the media attention and if they want to talk football in general and sound like they know what they are talking about...they watch for sure. Everyone was complaining for NY to Cali about the 9-6 game....being boring..so they watch.

LSU versus Bama is watched by most of if not all die hard college football fans. I watch OSU/Michigan as well.

I'll watch out of conference games if they're hyped and relevant.

No not really

Not just UM or OSU, I think everyone in the country considers that "must watch" simply because it's been such a massive game the last few years. It has nothing to do with those 2 teams in particular.

Going back to your first question, there aren't any non-SEC games that I "must watch" simply because it's a rivalry. The non-SEC games I'm interested in are the biggies, regardless of the teams. If there's a top 5 game I'm gonna want to watch it regardless of who's playing.

No must watch games from other conferences for me. The closest is FSU-Miami. But I do enjoy watching plenty of B1G, Big 12, and ACC games each years. Pac12 to a lesser extent.

I would rather watch OM vs Vandy or Arky vs MSU than pretty much any non-SEC matchup. I love SEC football, and everything else is just meh to me

I watch as many games as I can. I really like the midnight west coast games.

It's usually non relevant teams but it's a great cap to a 14 hour day of college football, grilling out, drinking beer, talking smack with my buddies and here recently flaming all day on the rant and watching the meltdowns.

As much grief as the Big10 and ND get, I find their games aesthetically pleasing: the stadiums, fans, style of play, uniforms etc. . . you get a real feel for the tradition and ceremony. . .

On the similar note, ND v Stanford (aside from the controversial ending) was one of the more enjoyable games I watched all last season.

I used to watch all the football I could find, but the only football games I watch now are SEC games unless a certain game affects Bama.

ETA: it's even getting hard for me to watch any non-Bama games.

I hardly ever watch the pros so CFB is where it is at for me...I typically watch all the Thursday night games that include lower tier conferences as well as South Carolina and Mississippi State
