Dean Legge on Scout has been saying the same thing for a week... Hasn't come right out & predicted it but he's indicating that it's a strong possibility.
Apparently he's trying to get a hardship transfer so he doesn't have to sit out a year, like NaDerris Ward got from the NCAA when he transferred from UGA to Oregon cause his granny(who raised him) was sick...

So if we get KCP and Parker are we a tourney team?

We definitely have a good shot at the tourney if so. However, I don't really know if we would be better than the Thompkins/Leslie team and they barely made it in as a 10 seed.
I'd say a 8-9 seed is reasonable to expect if we land him though.
