Colorado State 28 K students (grad and undergrad)
Fort Collins, CO to Lexington, KY - 1,200+ miles and 18 hours to drivedrive
450+ miles and 7 hours to drive
Missouri 35 K students (grad and undergrad)
Columbia, MO to Lexington, KY - 450+ miles and 7 hours to drive
Tonight in Rupp, Colorado State had a full section and a about 1/3 of another section
Mizzou was in Section 15 (one of the best) and still only filled maybe a 1/3 of it!
The Tigers were one of the closest teams, had one of the highest seeds, and had probably the biggest student body and living alumni to draw from and still managed the SMALLEST crowd by a large margin.
Bucknell, Colorado State, Davidson, Butler, Marquette, and NC A&T all drew bigger crowds by a wide margin.
If I had a camera I would have taken a picture to shame you guys for all time.

If anything, not supporting basketball gives us more street cred.
How many did Kentucky bring yesterday?

Terrible math, I know.

Most level headed posters here knew they were pretenders

Nice deflection but that still does not dismiss your poor attendance. I have seen more fans t a grade school basketball game than you guy had in there tonight!

No, seriously, how many fans did you guys bring to Robert Morris for your NIT game?

You brought 50 fans to Robert Morris. What happened to BIG BLUE NATION?!

How seriously can I take you guys if that was your fan base! College basketball is your thing as claimed by many Mizzou posters on here and you did not step up to the plate to represent the SEC in the post season. Mizzou did not have enough folks to do a respectable S - E - C chant. did you guys not read the contract you signed?
Hogs are crapped out this year but at least their fans travelled when they had Nolan and Eddie

Uh no... wrasslin and softball is our game.

UK had a tuesday game (day or so notice) and had to play in an opponents gym where the visiting team usually gets 50 tickets. It was also the NIT and UK was not ranked.
Even so I but UK put more fans in Robert Morris than Mizzou did in Rupp and Rupp was a neutral site!. Colorado State out drew you more by about 4 to 1. I saw fans from schools not even in the same state who had more guys than you.
BTW, props to the Dores and Dawg fans who were showing their SEC colors.

Also, props to Davidson for getting the crappiest seats (NCAA put them upstairs) but having the most vocal fans.

We had more than 50... and it was the fricking NIT.
Your shite fan base can't nut up for the Big Dance and you're one of the closest schools.

In an effort to turn this shitty troll thread into a serious thread. I don't think much of Mizzou nation expects much from this team, especially as an 8/9.
Wasn't much of a reason to travel. It is what it is.

If Kentucky was an 8/9 in the NCAAt the hosting arena would be mostly blue.

What you do not seem to understand is this was not intended as a troll!
I was highly embarrassed by the Mizzou turnout as were the folks from the other schools sitting near me.
Also, props for the former UK players who showed up to defend the house from the Cards assault.
