Just when I thought this season couldn't go any worse. Florida will beat this team at Rupp by 40. I'm amazed how bad they are.

And thank God I won't watch a second of it. I'll be out on The Deck watching BP before UK plays Michigan State. I'd encourage you to do the same.

Not a bad idea. I think right now the weather is supposed to be good this weekend. I might consider that.

It's just funny because my wife is a teacher and we go on a cruise for spring break. Last year I was in San Juan harbor when UK beat Kansas.
I told her with about 5 minutes left in the game tonight, no worries this year.

No what will happen is they'll lose a close one to Florida. Just to piss us all off knowing they were absolutely capable of beating Georgia last night.

Apathy is your friend right now. I'm going with the silver lining of that the incoming class is seeing this clusterfrick and realizing they can't just go out there and expect it all to come together on talent alone.

Bho,

What time is the MSU game today?

FWIW, I think UK gymnastics has their last home meet tonight if folks want to protest at least show up and support UK sports that need more folks to attend live events.

Belle, as usual I think you are spot on. I think next year's team can and will be another special team.
I think this will be the Calipari norm at UK, a couple of good seasons following by an average one, followed by a couple of good ones, as long as he continues to recruit the one and done talent.
I'm not complaining, it just makes years like this one tough to stomach.
I really feel bad for Noel, his one season in Lexington wasn't a good one. He was pretty special, but won't be remembered the same way Davis will be.

I think Kentucky beat a Florida team that folded like it has done all season on the road.

UK played a very solid game, and are lucky WCS played well with 4 fouls on him. Without him, they lose by double digits.
I'm happy for them and Mays particularly, but not sure if this team has a NCAA run in them, they haven't shown it all season.

Apparently Mays and Co. jumped all over Poythress before the 7 min mark and he responded.

If there was ever a time for the light to come on this would be it.

I wonder if this team has some kind of weird run in them like 2011. I doubt it, but the talent is certainly there.

I was waiting to see if you revived this thread.

That was a pathetic effort last night. Just awful from start to finish.

I don't need the guys to win every game. I just expect them to play hard and give effort for 40 minutes. They have shown numerous times that they can't do that. So I really don't care if they make the tourney or not.

I agree. I would rather not go than bow out in the first round like last night. Vandy is a bad basketball team and they dominated last night.

I would rather make the tourney and lose in 1st than not make it, but if the team doesn't care, I'd rather they not play in anything. Also if UK were in the NIT, they wouldn't host until quarters because the NCAA tourney is at Rupp and they don't have enough staff to cover both sites.

PS: Thank you for showing your true colors tonight. I now don't have to worry about missing anymore activities to watch you take a shite on the program.

In all seriousness, I have never been more excited for a season to end.
