If Alabama wins at Florida, guess Alabama's RPI

I think Alabama's RPI is 62 right now and Florida's is 5. If Alabama beats Florida on the road (I realize there is VERY little chance this happens), how far would Alabama likely jump in the RPI?

Chime in RPI experts.

ETA: also what is the RPI if Alabama loses?

I'm no expert, but I'd say it'd jump to the low 50s. Really won't move more than a spot or two either way with a loss I don't think.

57 with a loss. 52 with a win. Either way we will be getting a pretty big boost IMO.

I figured that's what it'd be about with a win, didn't know it'd move that much with a loss. Hopefully going 1-1 over our next two will move us into or knocking on the door of the top 50.

Right now our SoS is what is killing our RPI and not our win/loss ratio. A game against a top 10 team should help immensely. Maybe not 5 spots, but id be surprised if we didn't move up at least 3 spots. I'm no expert at RPI though. It's too stupid to comprehend.

Moving up a few spots with the loss will be nice too though A miracle tomorrow would be nice, at Ole Miss is the must win though.
