My guess would be while getting one or two of these guys for weed they also had some blow on em. Extra charges and such. Easy money for West Alabama Narcotics.

Trying to get hold of one of my SAE buddies who fits the article's description perfectly.. 18-20, smokes weed, lives adjacent to campus, etc.
