The guy is a great talent, but he's kinda a moron. He has court-side seats at the Mavericks / Heat game. Are those $4,000 tickets? He's at a casino with wods of cash. Now he's court-side at a Rockets game.

Who does this? Better yet what college FRESHMAN does this? Doesn't that guy know the microscope is on him? I think this glory has gone to his head.

Hardly. He did crap against us. I was happy he won the Heisman. But you are just going to sit there and shrug your shoulders and say, yeah, thats acceptable behavior. Good luck with that.

He's gonna get killed once he faces an SEC defense.

I bet he died a little when the Freak raw dogged his face.

Of course he will. The more pressing question is whether he'll play a complete season in 2014. I can just as credibly say "He's gone, he clearly wants to be making the big money" as "He'll stay through 2015, he's having a blast in college." I think the on-field situation -- how sharp he looks for the NFL scouts and A&M's odds as a championship contender -- probably decides it.

He doesn't come from a poor family. There is more than enough money to buy those Mavs tickets. His parents could have given him those seats as season tickets if they'd wanted. They're loaded.

As for the question, I have no reason to think he won't, but I wouldn't be shocked to see him get injured and held out a couple of games either.

I doubted the Walmart story until I saw this picture of him with Joel Osteen. Reputation took a hit at that point - ranks up there with the Jonas Brothers. Truly an attention whore.

He wont play a full season just like last year because of blowout victories.

I think the op is saying or suggesting that Mr. John John is showing an appearence of "getting paid to play".

I understand you are saying his family is loaded.... however, I am going to add this. It's an issue for you and your AD. If it was not an issue, your AD would not have had a meeting with him.

What he is going to end up doing is causing the NCAA to "look" into him. That means they will in some way look at you.

Way too much money being seen in public.
